About the Role
As a Bidder / Business Development Executive at Jaseir, you will identify relevant project opportunities, understand client requirements, prepare personalized proposals, communicate with potential clients, and help convert opportunities into successful projects.
You will work closely with our technical team and play a key role in growing our client base.
Business Development Executive (Bidder)
Join a fast-growing IT company and work with international clients across Web Development, SEO, and Design services. We are looking for an experienced bidder who can bring projects from platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.
If you know how to write winning proposals, communicate with clients, and close deals we want you on our team.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in bidding or business development.
- Hands-on experience with freelance platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour (PPH) and similar platforms.
- Ability to find relevant projects and identify potential clients.
- Experience writing personalized proposals that improve response rates.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong proposal writing and communication skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and project scope.
- Experience communicating with international clients.
- Proactive, target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Good to Have
- Proven experience managing bids on platforms like:
- Upwork
- Fiverr
- Freelancer
- PeoplePerHour (PPH)
- Other freelance marketplaces
- Understanding of web development, Shopify, WordPress, SEO, AI, automation, or digital marketing services.
- Experience handling client discussions and negotiations.
- Knowledge of lead generation and client acquisition strategies.
- Previous experience working with international technology projects.
